Motorcycles have a unique place in this association. For the people that ride these magnificent pieces of machinery are a group unto themselves.

These are people that are not afraid to embrace the world by themselves as they often ride alone. Our motorcycle unit will have very specific functions, such as, motorcycle escorts for events like funerals, parades and charity rides.

Charity rides will be to raise money for projects such as wounded warriors, cancer awareness and many other worthwhile fund raising charity events.

We are going to be sponsoring many events with this theme, but we are also planning three sponsored rides for toys for tots for this county.

These toys will be collected throughout the good weather months and distributed Christmas Eve by the members of this association.

Let us not forget, some of the training in this motorcycle unit will be for emergency situations such as search and rescue, natural disaster assistance and emergencies that a motorcycle may be used for.
